How to receive your order?
You can receive your order at an Omniva parcel locker in Latvia, Estonia, or Lithuania, or at a Latvijas Pasts parcel locker in Latvia. When placing your order, please enter the address of your chosen parcel locker.
Orders can be received free of charge if the order total exceeds 35 EUR and you choose a Latvijas Pasts parcel locker, or by picking up your order at our farm in Lielvārde: "Apsītes", Rembate parish, Graužupes, Ogre municipality, LV5070 (Waze: Rudzīšu Medus).

Rudzīšu Medus (SIA AAR Projekti) reserves the right to change delivery costs within and outside Latvia depending on order weight and destination country. Orders are delivered no later than 14 days after payment is received.
Damaged product returns
If you have received a damaged product, please contact us by email or phone, and we will agree on a solution together.
